2021 International CIBA Book Awards - Winner

WOW! In the early hours of this morning Certified became an international award winning book, taking the 2021 Grand Prize in the humour and satire category at the CIBA International Book Awards in Washington.

Literally speechless. A journey that started in October 2020 to write a story about life, love and heartache that I hoped would make people laugh and cry in equal measure. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think my name would be read out and then be interviewed live (virtually!) in the USA…

Thank you to everyone who has supported me and to all those that have bought the book and given such wonderful feedback. To my fabulous wife, Victoria, for believing in me and to Michael Heppell whose inspiration, enthusiasm and brilliant mentoring is the reason I can forever say I am an international award winning author. It doesn’t get much better than that.
